Meet Adil Majid, DDS

Dr. Adil Majid was born in Brooklyn, NY but grew up near downtown Indianapolis. He went to a local, private Islamic high school (MTI School of Knowledge) where he graduated as the Valedictorian. He then went on to attend IUPUI on scholarship, graduating with Honors while earning a degree in Biology. He attended the Indiana University School of Dentistry from 2012 to 2016 and received extra training at the Montefiore Health System in the Bronx, NY to expand his knowledge and offer a wider range of services to his patients. He has always been committed to growth and excellence, and continues to take courses to ensure that his patients receive the best possible care.

Outside of the office, Dr. Majid enjoys being an active participant in his local community, often volunteering his time. He is a big sports fan, and a long-time supporter of the Indiana Pacers and Indianapolis Colts. He loves hosting game nights where family and friends can enjoy time together, unplugged. He also is an active foodie, so if you have any restaurant recommendations, please let him know! (He insisted that we add that line.) He always says that high school is when he knew he wanted to be a dentist, after he had a root canal done. As a matter of fact, he has been on the other side of the chair multiple times to have dental work done, including root canals, extractions, crowns, and implants. He always says that experience is important, because it helped him understand what patients think and feel during a procedure, which helps him be more understanding of patients’ situations.
